«During our stay in Room 1606, we experienced a serious issue that significantly affected the quality of our stay. Of the two bedrooms in the suite, the bedroom closest to the entrance had an air vent located directly above the bed. The constant noise from the vent was loud throughout the day. «The staff was wonderful! My only complaint would be the facility charging a resort fee, considering that's why I booked "SONESTA RESORTS" only to discover an additional charge for chairs on the beach! What's the purpose of the fee if you charge anyway 🤔...in addition to the incidental fee and taxes it can be a bit of a shock to a modest budget upon checking in. I was also a bit disappointed that coffee was not complimentary, at least until 11 am. Are there plans to extend the adult pool? It was ...

«Ama at reception was super helpful and friendly! She was great and sweet. Customer service throughout the resort was great. I don’t give it a 10 out of 10 because of the property itself pretty old they renovated and try to maintain but you can tell it’s just painting over old issues. Beach and Pool were great.»
