«This is a great apartment in a great location. We were there in late June 2025, during the heat wave, for two weeks. We love Annecy.But from the very first, the air conditioning did not work, despite being prominently mentioned in the listing title. We informed management several times and were told various things to try, but nothing worked. «- Bad communication from property company.- The apartment itself was fine - clean, crisp sheets and bedding, adequate towels, a larger fridge with freezer, a tower fan in the living room, newer flooring. In a residential neighborhood with a little park down the street, a small grocery store around the corner, a larger indoor shopping area not far, and a good fast-ish food burger place (Point B Burger). It is a 13-minute walk to the lake-beach and to the beautiful main Old Town area of Annecy.»
