«Very pleasant! Secluded to point I could imagine being anywhere. I have a walking disability and was disappointed that the cabin was not as accessible as I had hoped, but I coped. Best feature is huge deck overlooking grassy yard where a Mule Deer doe visited each evening and morning. We spent all time at cabin outside! Fluffy comforter was nice, too! (For the disabled, please note: Entry step too high, bed too high and toilet too low. I carry a 4" step in my car which I used at entry.  ...

«Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay.»

«There were several things I really liked about this property. I had been concerned about having to park on the street, but there was ample parking right in front of the house, under big shady trees, on a safe low-traffic street. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful - historic Lincoln Park. The house was exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed in the kitchen, and the ice-maker in the refrigerator more than kept up despite the very hot weather. The host was very responsive to my ...

«Our group was 4 people, my wife and I and our two adult children. For us it was plenty of space. Each daughter got her own room and bathroom, which helped everything go smoothly. We cooked every meal in, and the kitchen worked great for us. It's also a great location, since it's within walking distance of downtown Grand Junction and also near a trail along the Colorado River. If we decide to come back to Grand Junction next year, we will definitely want to stay at this property.»
