«Great little home for a quick trip to GJ. Easy parking. I need to read the description better though! I didn’t realize the 4th bedroom was in the basement with access only from the outside. It does say that, but I missed it! Buy more ceramic coffee mugs. The glass ones are easy to miss.»

«This home was wonderful, my friends/family thoroughly enjoyed everything. There are lots of special touches, we loved the back yard and all this property offered. The bedrooms and living spaces were great, there is lots of parking, close to plenty of restaurants. Communication was also awesome, we would all stay here again and are already talking about our next trip. »

«Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with all necessities, even spices, oil, and all cooking tools. We enjoyed the rain shower head. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the river, a park, a bike trail, and Starbucks. We all used the 2 bikes that the hosts had there for guests. It was also nice to be only 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We'll be back!»
