«Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. «Beautiful view and very cozy. We loved hanging out in the living room or on the porch. Parking was a little tight. Fit one car easily, but the second car was a bit tight. One note - none of the bedrooms really have doors. We didn't have any issues with it, but something to note if folks were looking for more privacy.Lizzie was great and responded to questions quickly and clearly. What a lovely area to stay in!»

«I don’t think this property is set up as a vacation rental, especially in beautiful upscale Saratoga Springs. Felt more like a room for your college student child. Tiny shower (24”x24”), terrible internet streaming service, no microwave, furniture very uncomfortable, leaking bathroom fixture.
