„La Boscaiola” Borgo Mommialla is a cosy and perfectly restful one bedroom
ground floor apartment with fabulous views on the Tuscan hills. It is the ideal holiday
destination for those who like a peaceful and historic atmosphere, but don't want to
give up comfort.
Through a pleasant private terrace you enter the living room with comfortable
armchairs and fireplace, which includes a rustic kitchen - equipped with gas stove,
oven, fridge, dishwasher. A staircase separates it from the double bedroom, which
has a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second entrance to
the apartment is through the bedroom.
You can also enjoy the a panoramic swimming pool in the Borgo Mommialla's park.
All apartments have umbrellas and sunbed for relaxing around the pool. Car parking is
also available free of charge.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.

The property is situated in a picturesque location 10 km from San Gimignano, 20 km
from Volterra and 60 km equally from Florence, Pisa and Siena.

Children under 14 do not pay the municipal tax.
