The apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium, from which, however, it is independent thanks to an independent access.
The entrance to Sterlizia House is into a furnished living room with an open kitchen, dining room and TV. Two large sliding doors open to a large double bedroom. There are, in addition, 1 full shower room and spiral stairs leading to the basement level.
Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, interconnecting at the top, and the second full shower room.
There is airconditioning both upstairs in the living room and downstairs in one of the two bedrooms communicating from the top.

The Sterlizia House vacation apartment is located in Gallipoli, in a fairly central area, very well located and with all services and kinds of stores at hand.
Gallipoli is one of the most popular destinations for vacations in Salento by the sea, thanks to its beautiful beaches and unspoiled sea that surround it on both sides, but it is also famous for its historic center that is spread out on an islet, hooked to the mainland by a seventeenth-century bridge.
Gallipoli`s beaches, just a few minutes away by car, include those of Baia Verde and Punta della Suina with Lido Pizzo on the south coast, and those of Lido Conchiglie and Rivabella on the north coast. There is also the gem of Purità beach, set along the ramparts of the historic center.

- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Two bedrooms are on the basement floor.
