«The cottage was perfectly for us, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, with everything you may need for a stay away from home, from a picnic bag to a slow cooker. The location is perfect.Walking distance to the park and ride for Whitby and a great restaurant and pub across the road. We also took advantage of the lovely bridal paths for walks in the countryside. Jenny the host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend»

«1. Getting difficult to.find the exact location of property, its helpful if mentioned the building name. 2.Whole night struggled to run the heating but didnt work survived without heating. 3. Wifi id provided not available in the premises. »

«The house was everything we hoped for and more. The decor is spot on and there can't be many houses in Whitby with a better vista. The only thing I would say though is that it is very difficult to load and unload...Church St car park was packed so we had to use the Abbey car park which is a gruelling up/downhill slog for the less fit/able. Be prepared to travel very light as you can't get close to the property with a car. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.»

«Exceptionally well-presented holiday let - plenty of room with everything we needed. Very quiet, farm-land location with plenty of bird-life to keep us company and many places of interest nearby, including a local pub serving good food. Would happily stay here again.»

«We had 3 nights here. The cottage was easily found and it was lovely and clean, just a little irk of no coffee in the cupboard, so we left some. Take everything you think you will need on the first day as the village shops keep very short hours. We took the car back to the main car park. The top sitting room is the star of the show with views over the harbour. The double bed was very comfy. Access to The Cleveland Way is literally at the top of the street for a wonderful walk along the ...

«The cottage was so close to the centre of Filey it made getting around so easy, the cottage was situated on a quiet street so not at all noisy during the day or night. Immaculately clean bedding and towels, everything that was needed was there to use, and added bonus was Sky TV and the seating area outside. The owner Louise went over and above to be helpful Overall a lovely short stay, wish it had been longer.»
