«The house was horrible. The bones were great, but it was very dirty and rundown in many areas. Mini blinds were broken and did not reach the bottom of the window. Heat vents were rusted. Shower curtain had pink slime on it. Hair and dirt in the corners in the bathroom. Pots and pans in the kitchen had crust in the bottom and were unusable. No trash cans in bathrooms and no toilet paper upon arrival. All linens were very worn, towels, sheets and comforters. Very unkept. A little money ...

«From booking the stay to leaving this wonderful home everything was a breeze! The neighborhood is very quiet; there are lots of deer and squirrels! When we were there, it was quite cold by Florida standards, but the home is only about a half mile walk to many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great restaurants to choose from we went out every night for dinner. «This was such a wonderful home, I would love to book it again! The house itself is clean and inviting, with lots of space for two people. The host was amazing to work with and quick to communicate. The location itself is quite literally steps away from downtown Apex which has so many shops that accommodate to just about any interest. Also, we have an electric vehicle and a level 2 charger was just in front of us at the town hall parking lot. Worked out well for us! We will be back! :)»
