«We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect space for our extended weekend. Having the little fenced yard was great for our dog to use, and they had a pooper scooper on site to use which was a bonus! Furniture was comfortable, bed was nice, room was clean. «Apparently there may be multiple units available. Great location convenient to the Hwy., Colorado National Monument, and the rest of Gran Junction and Palisade. «You access the apartment by going thru the garage, and up stairs- the place was clean, cute, and comfortable- we were there to see my son graduate from CMU, and we walked to the stadium which was perfect. We left our car in the garage, and didnt have to worry about graduation parking since it was only about 5 blocks. We loved it, but if you are elderly, or have mobility limitations, the steps might be a bit difficult to get up and down as they are a bit steep and narrow- when carrying a suitcase»

«Location of the property was great. Really close to downtown and restaurants. Booking, check-in, communication with the owner all were super easy and so nice. Questions answered quickly. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with toiletries and even Starbucks k-cups snd cream! The only constructive criticism we had was that the air conditioner unit was really loud within the space. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Would stay here again.»

«If you like nature and peace and quiet, this is perfect. After mountain biking at 18 Roads(35 minutes away) and Moab(90 minutes away), this was ideal for us 2 to relax afterwards. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy short drive away. A patio and chair overlooking the mesa in your backyard await. A trailhead to a beautiful hike is also across the street, literally. I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did.»

«This is our second stay at the Moon Farm. Stayed at the bunkhouse first time and the farmhouse this time. We had 10 people for the farmhouse and all fit very comfortably. We didn't even run out of hot water with 10 guys showering after biking! Suzanne was a great host and very responsive to our needs.»

«We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!»
