«What a fun location. We were only able to stay one day, but really enjoyed our stay in Fruita. The location is on a quiet street, but still walkable to downtown. We loved being able to walk our dogs to dinner that night. The kids LOVED the "secret" den (it's behind a door that they didn't know about). The also loved the game room in the backyard and we appreciate the A/C unit on the 100 degree day. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again if we were in Fruita.»

«For anyone staying in Fruita, this is the place to stay. A very charming place and the hosts add extra touches to make you feel comfortable, like some welcome snacks and a kind personal note. It is a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.»
