«Basement apartment only! Owner lives upstairs and shares hot tub (you must text before using/he texts you before using). This was not apparent to us in the listing and we would not have stayed here if we had known as we prefer our own private space. Also be aware you can hear his footsteps above you during the day. «This place was sooo relaxing — like an old fashioned family vacation place. There’s plenty of room, comfortable king-sized bed in a separate bedroom. Main room has multiple reclining chairs, games, books, video cassettes, and a view of a bubbling creek out the window. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the owners brought us fresh milk to go with the coffee (Starbucks.)
