«Overall very good! There wasn’t anything overall that I disliked about the room. It was cozy and convenient! I was hoping for more of a view of the mountain but that was poor planning on my party. The breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed how they served the food instead of a complete buffet. Would stay here again!»

«If you want an accommodation that is unique, quiet, and a little off the beaten path, this castle is for you! The castle and grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of hiking to do in the area. Rooms are clean and updated while still maintaining its history. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good! Highly recommend»

«It was a convenient location and the breakfast they offered was pretty good. They did not always continue to put out some food items that they ran out of before 9:00 a.m. There was a small candy wrapper on the carpet when we checked in which I left to see if they would vacuum. They did not vacuum while we were there but they did clean the bathroom. One day they did not clean the room so I was able to get clean towels that evening for the next morning. They had a problem with the room keys.  ...

«Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible ...

«Frig did not work properly. No place to put your clothes. No alarm clock. Lock to pool from outdoor never worked. The woman who does the breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly. Five stars for her»

«The lady who checked us in was very rude. Our room was not ready at check in time, so our “Mountain View” room that I paid extra for ended up on the second floor and was mostly a view of the trees in the parking lot.»

«The hotel was easy to find and close to freeway. It was quiet area and nice hotel with updated decor. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. Front desk people were very helpful and it was nice. There was a snack shop when I got hungry in the night to get something.»

«Hotel with big roms for families. Breakfast area some what smal compared to the size of the hotel. 1 Gluten free breakfast cereal option, but it was to close to other none gluten free products. The hotel needs an upgrade and bigger breakfast area.»
