«Great stay - really enjoyed the hot tub»

«Overall very good! There wasn’t anything overall that I disliked about the room. It was cozy and convenient! I was hoping for more of a view of the mountain but that was poor planning on my party. The breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed how they served the food instead of a complete buffet. Would stay here again!»

«Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible ...

«Overall, staying at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort wasn't a terrible experience. However, the first morning after I had a shower, I tried to use the hairdryer and it practically blew up in my hands. It was extremely cheap and right after turning on heated up to red, crackled and died. When I picked up the phone to report it, there was no dial tone. My colleague called on my behalf only to be told that they are understaffed and there is no one to bring me a replacement hairdryer. Not great ...

«Frig did not work properly. No place to put your clothes. No alarm clock. Lock to pool from outdoor never worked. The woman who does the breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly. Five stars for her»

«The hotel was easy to find and close to freeway. It was quiet area and nice hotel with updated decor. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. Front desk people were very helpful and it was nice. There was a snack shop when I got hungry in the night to get something.»

«Hotel with big roms for families. Breakfast area some what smal compared to the size of the hotel. 1 Gluten free breakfast cereal option, but it was to close to other none gluten free products. The hotel needs an upgrade and bigger breakfast area.»

«Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, they also had a nice variety of breakfast options. The pool, hot tub and weight room were all well maintained. I’ve stayed there twice already and will stay again next time I’m in the area! »
