«Fernando was so very welcoming and helpful! The accommodations were perfect! Very close the the metro rail for easy access to the sites, and the neighborhood is quiet and restaurants are easy walking distance. The balcony is a wonderful way to unwind from the busy day. Highly recommend for a home base to explore Rome!»

«Maurizio was waiting at the property, even though we had a problem communication that we were on the way (our fault). Air conditioning was good despite a heat wave. Several mini-marts and a good size market within walking distance. Also close to pizzerias and a restaurant.»

«The property is well located if you like to walk; the closest public bus is about a 10-minute walk away. From the very beginning, this host fails the trust test They welcome you with an email and offer to give you advice and tell you that they can transport you via a chauffeur from the airport to the apartment at a cost of 85 euros (add 10% to pay by card). The overcharge for card payment should alert you to this host: unfortunately, that is not the worst. They only mention public ...

«We absolutely loved our stay in Rome and would happily stay here again. The apartment is on a charming, quiet street in the heart of Monti, which ended up being our favorite neighborhood in the city. The location was perfect for exploring Rome, with so many great restaurants, cafés, and sights within walking distance. Silvia was fantastic—friendly, incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, and even did our laundry, which was such a thoughtful touch during our trip. The apartment had plenty ...

«Very very basic set up. The set up, check in, access and communication was more in line with making it convenient for JOIVY operation and staff. Very basic furnishings in apartment. No extras in kitchen for cooking, no kitchen towels, 1 coffee pod, 3 tea bags, nothing to make a two night stay convenient and enjoyable. No spices, oils, no paper towels, the cheapest version of toilet tissue. Inconvenient wifi login needed a personal registration on each device. Inflexible communication with check ...

«Stefano’s apartment was PERFECT. It was clean, in the perfect area and quiet. You are right in the heart of the food and shopping district and steps away from all the fun but his apartment is tucked away that you did not hear any noise. His communication was excellent and direction to get to and into the apartment were perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome. It is walking distance to all the sites and close to public transit. 10/10. No notes!»
