«Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay»

«At first we were a bit disappointed because everything is a bit out-dated and it seems the place need maintenance and updating. No hotwater in this room, loose toilet seat in that room, broken fridge and dishwasher-door in the kitchen, wabbely ping-pong table, etc,,,, BUT - we soon realized this place is AMAZING. Not only is the keyholder Jose a nice guy but he also fixes things very quickly if you think it is needed. From plumbing to electronics, pool and what not! AND - the place is enclosed ...

«Apart from the road to the home itself, we all were super happy! It was big enough for 14 adults, had enough space and a big big outdoor space with a great pool and possibilities to fine together. Cooking is a bit complicated with the kitchen‘s limited tools for such group sizes. We would wish for bigger pots and a dishwasher as it cost lots of time and water to wash per hand for so many people. Also we could not find a way to turn on all the outdoor lights but it was beautiful ...

Surrounding area us very attractive and near to Guardamar beach and Spanish towns of Algorfa and Almoradi (which come alive at night. «We stayed here as we were attending a charity dinner in Sucina, and this lovely little casita is right in the heart of and literally a 2 minute walk from restaurants, supermarket etc. The photos and description don’t actually do the property justice. Beautifully decorated and Sam, the owner, was exceptional and has thought of everything and more that you could possibly need. Would highly recommend.»

«The communication with the owner was prompt at all times. And the villa was accurately described, plenty of space, the pool was amazing, a big hit with our children. The aircon was a massive bonus for the 2nd week when temperatures shot up. A lovely row of restaurants and bars literally less than a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommended, we are definitely considering coming back next year. Thank you»

«Beautiful clean house, all on one level, with two lovely walk in waterfall showers, everything was great, had literally everything you needed, only thing to mention is the bed in the main room was very uncomfortable, sloped off on all edges made you feel like you was rolling out, also only proper air con was in the master bedroom. So two bedrooms were very hot at night. I would recommend though and would stay again.»
