«Staff were friendly enough. Central air conditioning was installed but had not been activated. Only a very loud window base unit was functional. Hotel room door only closed with force which meant that my room was left open after cleaning. Daily refresh of room was subpar.»

«We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated.
Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it.
There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own.»

«Stunning view of Inner Harbor from both living room and bedroom.
Crew teams, sailboats, seaplanes, ferry, all constant entertainment in waterfront view. Room was spacious, well maintained, kitchen fully stocked.
Hop-on Hop-off bus stops one block away. Short walking distance to everything of interest. Definitely an ideal location. Underground secure parking meant I could park upon arrival and not need my car for duration.of Victoria stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.»

«We did love our room, such new style room and nice experience, facing inner harbor, nice staff and receptionist.
Well equipped and clean kitchen to prepare our breakfast.
Just please fix the elevator was a bit hard to commute via stair ways, too narrow!
