David, a manager at the Rosewood, made out stay absolutely unforgettable. His knowledge of the property, history of the hotel and Victoria, and suggestions of things to do absolutely made our time at the Rosemead exception and unforgettable. «This place is clean and the staff was very friendly. It was.a great location for us. 20 minutes to Victoria and 30 minutes to Sydney and Butchart Gardens. The food was good. The bar was OK. The TV stations were very limited. Hot tub and pool were great. The steam sauna would not stay hot.»

«Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! «It's a motel with long-term tenants as well. Avoid it if you have extra bucks. If you love motels with common balconies and a loud pub and wayward smokers, this is your GO TO.»

«We had a club room with a harbour view which was great! The club lounge breakfast was still plentiful with enough choice but we found the evening choices lacking. Before there were at least 2-3 warm appies, veggies, salad etc. now there is only soup with one appetizers. The pool area, and hot tub were wonderful and the Lure lounge tasty but expensive. «When we arrived at the hotel, the check-in experience at the reception was very pleasant, and the staff treated us very well. After that, we went to our room, which seemed clean at first. However, when my wife, my children, and I were getting ready to sleep, we opened the sofa bed and found that it looked like it had not been cleaned after the previous guest.
