You will absolutely love it here at Ostego Bay 221! Luxury accommodations in a three story townhouse (don't worry there's elevator access to all levels) with three gorgeous bedrooms and three remodeled baths! Decorated with style, the living area (on the 3rd Level) has an open floor concept and vaulted ceilings that let in the Florida sunlight. Comfortable seating and large screen TV allows for the whole family to relax after a day at the beach. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen has brand new appliances and a breakfast bar with granite countertops. Large dining area holds a formal table for 6 or more. Several balconies and screened-in lanais give you the opportunity to take in the water views, lush tropical Preserve and the breezes coming in from the Bay.

The fabulous master bedroom en suite (on the 2nd Level) offers privacy from the other bedrooms where you can relax on your king sized bed and enjoy a large bath with separate shower, double vanities and oversized roman tub. The master bedroom has its own TV and private screened-in lanai with views of the canal and estuary. The first guest bedroom (also on the 2nd Level) holds a queen sized bed and its own TV, while the second guest bedroom (on the 3rd Level) has a sleeper sofa and a full sized desk and comfortable desk chair for working remotely. Both guest bedrooms have their own full bath with a tub/shower combination in the adjoining hallways.

For your added convenience, this townhome offers a washer and dryer, free wifi, 1 car garage, and if needed, there is an elevator that can transport you up to the second and third floors. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas for guests to use can be found in the ground floor foyer. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Located on the quiet south end of the island, Ostego Bay is a magnificent complex of a small number of townhomes surrounded by tropical landscaping. Amenities include a heated pool and hot tub and sun deck. Best of all, one of the country's best beaches is a 3-minute walk away. Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing. If you don't want to rent a car, you can catch the trolley to shuttle you to Times Square and Margaritaville with bars, restaurants and night spots at the north end of the island.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever.
