The room was ok condition. Upgrades have been attempted but poorly done. The sliding bathroom door that is frosted glass is terrible. Let’s in a ton of light at night. The AC leaked for an entire day, luckily the maintenance man, Michael, was AMAZING! The nicest guy ever. Fixed it quickly. When we arrived we needed to ask for another set of bedding as we didn’t have enough for our kids despite booking three beds. They also only left us 3 towels. Family of 5. I had to go to the front desk to ask for these too.. and then, we were only given 3/4 roll of Toilet Paper. No spares. Had to go down and ask the front desk. For a Sheraton Hotel it was disappointing. It was extremely noisy, don’t stay on the second floor.
The gym, well, there was a broken machine with cables lying all over the floor: that was odd. Things break, sure. But leaving it all over the ground was a bit odd.
The check in process was fab! The gentleman was accommodating and really friendly.
