This luxurious and spacious home, originally built in 2021, is the perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. Recently renovated and thoughtfully enhanced with a contemporary design, the property is surrounded by lush, colorful landscaping that creates a true tropical retreat.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

The house itself features many vibrant areas, both indoor and outdoor, which you will get to enjoy in complete privacy. Open plan living area provides a central point for entertaining gatherings, whether those are delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or fun movie night in the living room.

5 comfortable bedrooms feel like relaxation havens that offer hotel-like comforts.

Finally, a private and spacious outdoor backyard is filled with seating areas where you can breathe in the fresh Florida air.

To ensure the highest level of comfort for our guests, we regularly update and refresh our indoor and outdoor furnishings. Because of these ongoing upgrades, some furniture pieces may vary slightly in style or color from the listing photos.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood featuring a mix of single-family homes and apartments. The area is peaceful and well-suited for relaxation, with nearby schools, parks, and small local businesses.

If you’re traveling by car, the spacious driveway offers parking for up to four vehicles. Prefer not to drive? Several transportation options are easily accessible nearby.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $500 for any last minute reservations. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. **Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.**

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Please note: The previous hot tub shown in the pictures located on the balcony has been replaced with a brand new built-in hot tub within the pool, offering an even more luxurious experience!

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 5 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10pm to 10 am

4. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
