Dock:

- The boat lift is not available for guest use.

- Dock space is limited because the boat lift is positioned in the center of the dock.

- The dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet in length.

- Dock use must be requested and approved in writing before arrival.

• Minimum rental age: 25

• Valid government ID required before check-in (similar to a hotel check-in process)

• No parties or events – city noise ordinance strictly enforced

• Guests must follow local garbage & recycling procedures during their stay

Guest Access:

Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There are two locked closets inside the house that is off-limits to all guests.

Plus, you are less than half a mile from the golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Head north to Boca Raton and Palm Beach, or South to world-famous South Beach, where you can find everything you are looking for. Pompano Beach borders Fort Lauderdale and is a short drive to the middle of the action. There are multiple airports in the surrounding area, shopping, dining, nightlife, and most importantly, the beach.
