Strongly advise against staying here. Do not be fooled by the advertised price.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear this was a mistake. The front desk experience was unprofessional, with staff and their friends openly socializing in the lobby, setting the tone for what followed. What is not clearly disclosed—and feels intentionally obscured—are the numerous hidden costs and operational pitfalls that disproportionately affect out-of-town guests.
In addition to the mandatory resort fee, there is a $20 per night parking fee that is strictly enforced. Parking passes expire at 11:00 AM, with only a 30-minute grace period before tow trucks are called. This is aggressively enforced and poorly communicated. I checked out as early as possible solely to avoid additional charges.
The property itself is deeply outdated. The furniture appears decades old, worn, and poorly maintained. Shower fixtures are old, corroded, and paired with extremely low water pressure, making even basic hygiene frustrating. Appliances are in unacceptable condition—there is visible rust on the refrigerator, and overall room equipment shows clear signs of age and neglect.
Rooms with “kitchenettes” are misleadingly advertised. There are no dishes, silverware, napkins, cookware, or cleaning supplies provided. Anything usable must be checked out from the front desk—an inconvenience compounded by the fact that rooms are spread across multiple buildings on different streets, requiring guests to walk.
