«This beautiful home is located in a very convenient and safe location, with a short walk to a private clean beach. The views from the house are gorgeous and the beach tidepool area is amazing! The home is fully stocked and looks professionally decorated. The sheets and towels were luxurious! The hot tub and pool table were a very nice added feature. We can't wait to visit again!»

«Fantastic home on the river with excellent private dock with easy access. Perfect spot as there are no homes across the river and it’s a short paddle to town and Johnson’s beach. We saw lots of birds, jumping fish, and deer. House has lots of comfortable outdoor seating, four kayaks and tons of floaties. Be sure to bring your own deck chairs for sitting by the river. «Our second visit to this terrific place to stay with friends for a couple of days - plenty of privacy when it's wanted, and communal space with an open kitchen/dining/living room for socializing. Great communication with the owner (thank you!), easy access to the property and the pool table is a big plus...if you're an early riser you might get a peek at a grazing deer on the 'back yard' hill.»

«Stayed for a Mother’s Day weekend and we had a great time. The house is so cozy yet roomy enough for 4 adults. The weekend ended up being mostly overcast and chilly so coming back after tide pooling to a cozy warm fireplace was so gratifying and it created such a feeling of ambiance. The backyard was enclosed and totally safe for our furry family member. Which was absolutely important for us to bring our elderly fur baby on our short family vacation. We will visit again.»

«This funky, spacious property was just perfect for two couples for a cycling holiday. We loved hanging out in all the social spaces, inside and out. The river was great to cool off in. The routes inland, south in the forests, and west to the coast are excellent for road biking. The gardens were beautiful & the fencing made parking & setting up the bikes secure. We appreciated the hot tub after one misty ride. We had no problems with rodents, since we kept all our food in the fridge. We had a ...
