«We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. «This place exceeded my expectations as soon as I walked in the door. Clean, spacious and comfortable with the 2 queen size beds,the large fridge with an ice-maker to fill my cooler, and the nice large bathroom was a plus.. Loved the well maintained complex with 2 heated pools and hot tubs.With 4 elevators going to the tower, it was quick going in and out, And a Publix supermarket right across the street! Kelly, the host, was always very responsive and courteous.I would stay there again!!!»

We were in town for an event that was delayed a day due to weather and the host was absolutely AMAZING in accomodating us and adding a night's stay. She was extremely responsive to each message and had a wonderful attitude. Would stay here again!»
