The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. «Wow! My Wife and I stayed at Atlantis for two nights and immediately wished we could stay longer. Check-in was super easy and communication with the owners was excellent. The interior was super clean, well organized and very comfortable. If you are worried about staying on a boat and feeling it rocking, don't. «The boat was a nice and unique stay! It looked just like the pictures, cute and cozy. We had a small issue getting into the dock gate (the lock just had to reset) and the host responded in seconds to help us. The guest outhouse showers had heaters and were so clean. We loved sitting on the boat in the morning watching the sun come up. It was beautiful. »

"Abselutely lovely location, close to the beach and close to lost things in cocoa beach! The staff was wonderfully welcoming, and tried to assist in any matter. Breakfast buffet, felt a little lacking. Might be from it being off season. Had some slight hot water issue as well, but the staff fixed it just afther being noticed. Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time "
