A spacious and modern apartment of approximately 110 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people, located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities; there are a few steps to access it; the elevator goes up to the 5th floor; from there, there is a flight of stairs). The property is located in the heart of Florence (ZTL), just 50 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes’ walk from the majestic Boboli Gardens.

The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, flat-screen smart TV, and access to the TERRACE;
- TERRACE with dining table;
- KITCHEN with induction cooktop (4 burners), refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and dining table;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and armchair;
- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet (with a step inside).
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the bedroom), central heating with individual valves, washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.
PLEASE NOTE: The elevator goes up to the 5th floor; there is then a flight of stairs to reach the apartment on the 6th floor.

Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to access the apartment.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
