This brand-new apartment is perfect for large families or groups of friends. It’s located in the most convenient part of Florence.

The apartment, featuring exposed beams and period details, is brand-new and tastefully furnished. It’s located on the second floor (35 steps) without an elevator and spans two floors, ensuring greater privacy.
The house consists of an entryway, a large living room with a smart TV—ideal for spending pleasant evenings with friends—and a kitchen with a comfortable dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.
On the same floor, there are two large bedrooms with double beds—one of which can be converted into a double room upon request—and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. From a hallway area, you can access the very large double suite (45 square meters), which features a double bed and a study/relaxation area, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
All rooms are equipped with slatted beds and mattresses of the highest quality, certified according to current standards of hygiene and comfort.
The entire apartment features free Wi-Fi via fiber-optic connection, allowing multiple devices to be used simultaneously, as well as air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating.
Inside the house, you’ll find a hair dryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upon request at the time of booking, we can provide a crib and high chair.

The entire apartment is at guests’ complete disposal.

You don’t need a car, but if you do, since the apartment is in a restricted traffic area, there is a paid garage next to the house.
You can explore the entire historic center and the major tourist attractions simply by walking.
You’ll find the accommodation clean, tidy, and disinfected. A welcome kit will be provided for you to enjoy a coffee or a typical Italian aperitif upon arrival.
