Vakker, splitter ny leilighet i hjertet av det historiske sentrum, et steinkast fra Duomo, basilikaen i San Lorenzo, via Tornabuoni og Santa Maria Novella stasjon. Perfekt løsning for grupper eller familier på opptil 7 personer, i en sentral beliggenhet nær alle større monumenter.

Boligen ble totalrenovert i 2017 og beholder periodedetaljer som synlige bjelker og håndlagde gulv, og inkluderer dem i et totaloppfunnet, friskt og moderne miljø, preget av en funksjonell fordeling av mellomrom og et moderne utseende med verdifulle designelementer . Leiligheten, lys og tiltalende, med en fantastisk utsikt over Cappella dei Principi, består av følgende:

Location and decor!!

Right in the heart of Florence. Cafe right outside the main door! Within walking distance to several historic sites. The apartment was refinished extremely well! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot for a stay in Florence

This apartment is a very comfortable for our family of five to stay in. It was clean and in a great location for walking all over the city center. The AC was not working during our visit so it was extremely hot but the host brought us fans which helped. As a home owner I understand that things break and need to be repaired so it is no fault of the host as long as they are being repaired as soon as possible and his willingness to make things as comfortable as possible was greatly appreciated.

Great location. Uninvolved host.

We wanted to love this property. It's a nice looking property in a great location. But the host didn't think very thoroughly through what makes guests comfortable when they stay. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. The bedroom upstairs had a broken toilet seat. awkward! There were several mosquitoes in the upstairs bedroom. The outside noise was very noisy. Soundproof windows would do wonders. Bring your earplugs. The check in process was confusing and we were concerned we might be locked out and not be able to enter. They only left one key and we had two groups of adults who wanted to do separate activities. The manager said he would stop by and leave another key. He never did. There is no place to hang laundry to dry. They need a drying rack. The beautiful tub did not have a plug so we couldn't use the bathtub. The property has the potential to be an awesome place. But it needs some attention. And maybe a few things to make guests feel welcomed. Complementary earplugs would be great.

Best weekend in Firenze!

This apartment is the perfect location in the middle of the city! It is VERY secure which we loved, and as you walk out the entrance to the building there are tons of food places within the block! The cafe just next door on the left Is precious and convenient. We were within a 10 minute walk or less from every place you want to visit in the city. The apartment is clean, adorable, quaint, and has all the amenities you need! We also felt safe because we were high up, love the windows and the sun roof over the upstairs bedroom was so unusual for us Americans and really cool! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in the heart of Florence

We loved this apartment in Florence. The location, steps to the Duomo (among other things!) could not be beat. The two upper bedrooms were lovely and quite and comfortable. We had all of the amenities we needed for our stay with our three kids. Happy to recommend this lovely place.

Great location

Was comfortable and a great location if planning to visit the major attractions in Florence. The building had an elevator (as noted on Vrbo) to get us to the 3rd floor but once on the 3rd floor there were still two sets of stairs to get to the apartment. We managed but were just surprised to see them.

Awesome location!

The property is close to everything! It was clean and had shampoo and soap, which isn’t as common in Europe. The washer/dryer works however it takes a long time. Make sure to ask the host for instructions. We loved our time there and would definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment in the best location

We enjoyed our stay at Sant Ambrosio very much. The apartment is gorgeous and the location could not be better. We would stay here again if we come to Florence.

Amazing location, nice place.

Okay, overall this is a great place and you should rent here. However, when you use the words “luxury apartment” I’m going to nit pick. Things that would make it better or true luxury, #1 better beds, they were okay, definitely left something to be desired though. #2 better stocked kitchen, at least have a wine opener, maybe some salt too. The other basics were all there. Having said this, I would rent here again, it’s truly a great rental.

Great location

The apartment was in a great location. It was everything that we expected. Having a full kitchen was wonderful but we only used it for breakfast because there were so many great restaurants in the area. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The only thing I would mention is that if you are a light sleeper the downstairs bedroom is a bit noisy.

Great location. Could use a comfortable chair in the living room. Only has couch which sags. Need a few more mirrors maybe one in each bedroom. Downstairs bedroom is very noisy due to street noise. My stay was agirlfriends getaway for 4 and had enough room limited towels and pillows though. Wouldn’t state it’s luxury though due to living room furniture being old and limited and lack of towels/pillows. I would stay there again for location

The location CANNOT be beat!

The apartment is in a perfect location. You will be 5 minutes from Duomo, 8 from Uffizi, 15 to Palazzo Pitti, 10 to Ponte Vecchio, 5 to either Piazza Signoria or Repubblica, so very central to everything. Other than day trips, you can walk everywhere. It is 3 stories up, but there is a lift, not too common in buildings like this. One note - the apartment is quite sparsely supplied. There was no Kleenex, dishwasher soap, paper towels or napkins, salt/pepper shakers, and not nearly enough toilet paper to last the 9 days of our stay. However, there is a supermarket barely a 1 minute walk away, so not a big issue.

Superb location!

This was a nice apartment in a great location. 5-10 minutes to the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, & Santa Croce. There is a lift to the apartment. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of space. The upstairs bathroom is tight as it's a bathroom to be shared by 4 people and has a super small shower compartment. It's not recommended for large people. The A/C is in all bedrooms and the living area. The living area could use another couch or comfy chair to sit on, as there is only one couch to lounge on. I can't tell you much about the kitchen amenities since we did not use them, but it's a small kitchen. For people in the downstairs bedroom, it could get loud at night & early morning as the window for that room is right on the busy street. The two upstairs bedrooms were quite noiseless. Those two bedrooms also blacked out at night, which was nice. There is a leather store on the ground floor, and there is also a salumeria next door as well as a coffee & crepe shop. The best thing about this apartment is its location and the A/C for the warm summer days.

Clean but poor communication.

Upon arrival, no one was there to meet us. Although Frederico texted me that he would be there within 20-30 minutes, he never showed nor did he answer my text regarding how much longer he was going to be. An hour later, I noticed someone going into the building to drop off what looked like linens. I asked him about frederico and he stated that he worked for him but had no notice about letting us in. He then contacted frederico who apparently authorized him to let us in. His rep showed us around and stated that the shower head in the upstairs bath was out of order but will be replaced the next morning. Well, when we returned from our day out the next day, the shower head was still not replaced. At around 5pm, I texted frederico for an estimated time but he never responded. I tried again but still no response. I decided to call VRBO to complain. The VRBO rep stated that she contacted someone at his contact number. Within 30 minutes, his “handyman” was at the door ready to replace the shower head. Although the place was clean, we still had to buy some anemities like toilet paper and paper towels. There was cooking utinsels, parts, pans, plates, etc. but not forks, knives, spoons. This apartment needs a lot of items to make it more accommodating. We left what we bought for the next guests and left it clean (I even swept). I can not recommend this location.

we could not believe that for what we paid in such a great location. Charming and very clean. Owners / property managers very easy to work with. We felt like we were staying in a place owned by a family member of ours. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Florence.

Very nice property in a great location

Our stay was really great. This apartment is very nice, beds very comfortable with nice modern bathrooms. The view from upstairs master bedroom is fabulous! The location is less than a five minute walk to the Duomo. Great Gelato shops and restaurants all nearby as well as all the other attractions in Florence. We had 2 cars so we parked at the airport and took a bus downtown which was about a 20 minute walk to the apartment. Highly recommend. The guests before us broke the washing machine door and they tried to fix but could not. They had someone there the next day to try and fix it. We would definitely stay here again.
