The apartment itself is beautifully designed, stylish, and very clean. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by poor hospitality and an extremely rude property manager. For a high-priced rental, the amenities were shockingly lacking — no shampoo, no body wash, and barely any toilet paper. When I politely asked about toiletries for my two children who needed to bathe after dinner, I was told, “This is an apartment, not a hotel,” and that since check-in was at 3:00 PM, I had “plenty of time” to go buy shampoo. That response was dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable.We stayed in multiple other rentals during our trip, and all of them provided thoughtful basics like toiletries and extra supplies, so this felt especially cheap for such an expensive property.To make matters worse, we were also contacted and accused of making too much noise while we were actually asleep with our children already in bed. Meanwhile, the apartment itself is extremely noisy — you can hear people in the alley outside and every footstep from above because the windows and soundproofing are so poor.Beautiful apartment, but terrible customer service, poor amenities, and an uncomfortable stay. I would not return or recommend it. This property management company has a lot to learn about the hospitality industry.
