Comfortable apartment in a strategic position, in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Santa Maria Novella station and close to the main attractions and services of the city. The neighborhood is central and well connected, and allows you to easily reach the most famous monuments on foot.
The apartment is located on the third floor (without elevator) of a typical Florentine building and measures about 60 m². It has two double bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, a bright dining area with an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Upon arrival, guests will find a courtesy kit (toilet paper, soap, shampoo). Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Air conditioning is regulated by Italian law, which provides for a temperature between 20°C and 22°C.
