Fully renovated, stunning luxury in the magnificent Santa Croce district

There's no better place in the world than Tuscany--centuries of history, the world's most outstanding wine, pasta perfection and the friendliest people. Our luxury apartment is located in the city center of Florence in the famous Santa Croce district, only a few minutes from the Duomo. Out the front door, guests will have access to numerous local restaurants, the best museums and incredible shopping. Plus, our home is situated in a lively, yet safe, area of Florence where locals gather in the piazza throughout the day to enjoy the weather and get caught up on life. It's a perfect place to hang out and take in the local ambience.

The apartment itself has been recently remodeled and furnished with new, designer goods. Guests will have access to a beautiful new kitchen with seating capacity for two around the island. A microwave and four-burner cooktop provide everything guests will need to whip up a great meal, and there are ample cookware and utensils. There is also a wine frig for those incredible Tuscan delights purchased during the day and ready to drink at night. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for up to six. Steps away is the grand living room with lovely vaulted ceilings and a view of the piazza. All our furniture has been custom-designed locally in Florence and will provide a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring Florence. Down the hallway is the first of two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a full en suite bathroom. Then, up a short flight of stairs, guests will find two additional areas. First is a fantastic "office" space for those needing to put in a few hours for work. We've selected a comfortable couch as well that can be used for reading, relaxing, or taking an afternoon nap. Next is the second bedroom with its fully-appointed en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have room darkening shades to assure a restful sleep, and we've outfitted each with a queen-sized bed and elegant 600 thread count sheets. Both bathrooms have showers, toilets personal sinks.

Our apartment features all the important amenities guests might need to make there stay comfortable including wi-fi. We also installed a brand new washer for laundry. Please note there is no dedicated parking for our building. There is also no elevator--our apartment is on the third floor.

Everything in this apartment is prepared for a fantastic stay. Accommodations are perfect for traveling couples, each with a private bathroom and separated by a second level floor. Appliances are new, decor is light and bright, and location is just steps away from the highlights of Florence. Added plus--property manage is welcoming and professional. Can't miss with this property. Note to travelers: there are 61 steps from door to unit.

Beautifully decorated and clean apartment that was perfect for two couples. The location is excellent as we could walk to most everywhere we wanted to visit in 20 minutes or less. The communication from the local property manager was excellent. There are 61 steps to get up to the apartment, but we knew that going in and it wasn’t a problem for us.100% recommend and we’d definitely stay again on a future visit.

A wonderful stay in Firenze

Our 3-night stay at Debi’s home was amazing. The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to key sights. Both the check-in and check-out processes with Federica (property manager) were flawless, and she was very responsive and accommodating. Be warned, however, that there is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up/down 4 flights of stairs. It was definitely good exercise! If we come back to Firenze, we will definitely stay here again! Grazie to both Debi and Federica!

Superb stay in the best city!

We stayed at Casa Debi for 5 nights. If you like a place that pays attention to details of both beauty and comfort you will love it. Comforts: nice soft sheets, great beds, good AC — there was a terrible heat wave- very quiet, dark shades. Beauty: beautiful paintings and furniture both refined and comfy. The big window with a view of the steeple was a daily pleasure with my Nespresso. Also the supermercato down the street was great if you like to get groceries to enjoy charcuterie- or anything else you need ( beautiful melons!) also some wonderful restaurants we loved Cibreino Trattoria (make a reservation) all of the recs were great. So close walk to Santa Croce with many things to see but not quite as crazy busy as Duomo area but easy walk to everything including a lovely walk to Uffizi, ponte vecchio etc. many thanks to Sabrina for quickly fixing any issue that came up. So you will love this place it’s really special! Grazie Mille Debi! 10/10 miss Florence already!

Lovely

Beautiful apartment perfect for my husband, myself and two 20 something daughters. Walking distance to most everything Florence has to offer. Truly a beautiful respite from the crowds in Florence. Note of caution there are approximately 60 steps up to the apartment. I would not recommend for elderly, handicapped or disabled.

Beautiful, Well-Appointed Apartment!

Lovely, spacious two level apartment in a great location. Very walkable to museums and all of the historical sights. Everything in the apartment is spotless and new. It had beautiful furnishings with no details overlooked. Just be prepared that there are two very long staircases with no elevator to reach the apartment.

Wonderful Experience! A few highlights and notes be,ow…

We had an amazing experience at Casa Debi. The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable and pretty much included anything one could ever need. (Except an umbrella). The bed and shower were fantastic, which was much appreciated after long days exploring the city.The communication with Frederica was superb and we found her to be exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is perfect. Once you get your bearings, it’s an easy walk to all the Florence highlights. Take note of the owners description that the property does not have an elevator and is on the 3rd floor of an old building. It’s about 60 steps to the room, which we handled but others may find it tough.The only real challenge we had was after checkout trying to get a cab. Since the property is located only on a pedestrian street, you can’t get a cab directly from the address. I would recommend walking a few blocks and finding a better pickup point. This does not at all takeaway from the amazing property… just thought it would be helpful advice to others,This apartment is truly exceptional!

Stunning property at an ideal location in the Santa Croche area of Florence!

Stayed for two weeks and loved every minute of it. The location is within walking distance of everywhere you want to see in Florence. The apartment does require you to walk up about sixty steps but you adapt quickly. We felt pampered by all the amenities, especially the washer/dryer convenience! We highly recommend this place and hope to come back someday.

Great apartment!

Lovely apartment. Well supplied with anything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Convenient to walk anywhere in the city. There are only stairs so you have to be healthy enough to climb and carry bags. Overall a wonderful place to stay!!! I’d stay again!

Beautiful apartment in great location

Our stay was at the end of November 2024. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you could need. The kitchen is well appointed and we enjoyed the coffee provided every morning.Debi and Federica, the property manager were very helpful and responded quickly to anything we needed which included adding a day due to possible train strikes, ordering us a taxi, and helping us with where to find a printer.The location is great, all the key tourist sites are in close walking distance. Especially helpful is the grocery store just down the street.We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Apartment!

This was the perfect spot for 2 couples exploring Firenze! The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing and exceeded our expectations. We could easily walk everywhere - tourist attractions, neighborhoods, museums, restaurants, shops and wine windows! Additionally, there was a grocery store just steps away. Abundant amenities including excellent coffee and a wonderful washer & dryer made our stay even more comfortable! I would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Amazing Property!

We loved our stay! We arrived during a train strike. The property manager Federica was so helpful in helping us to navigate transportation and she allowed us to check in early and drop off our luggage before heading to see the Uffizi. The apartment is very well located - about a 10-15 min walk to the Duomo and close to some great restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful apartment and excellent communication

This property is beautiful, very clean, and the location is perfect. We walked everywhere. Communication was the best I've ever experienced using VRBO - pre arrival, check-in, and departure. FYI - there is not an elevator, had to walk up several flights of stairs.

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at

This was our first time in Florence and this apartment was absolutely perfect for 2 couples. I thought the pictures looked cute but this apartment is even cuter in person. It was very clean and was clearly updated with a decorators touch. The location is great, a short walk to the Duomo and lots of great little restaurants and cafes near by. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place great location. Very new and clean. Had a great time. Market 1 minute up the street. Most tourist attractions are 10-15 minute walk. Restaurants, gelato and coffee bars right downstairs. Would definitely recommend.
