I have rented many apartments in Florence and by far this unit is the best one we’ve ever had. it was in pristine condition all kitchen, utensils, pans, dishes were all new. We were arriving late and requested some whole milk. To Be there for a morning coffee and not only was there milk. There were cookies and biscuits . Location was amazing and the owners were very gracious and helpful. I would recommend if you’re going to Florence. This is the place to stay.

Best place in Florence!

This apartment is awesome! But Valentina and her husband, Dominico, and their son, Paolo, are even better. Great communication and recommendations for places to eat. 5-10 minute walk to almost any sight worth seeing in Florence. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Perfect Apartment!

The location is perfect, central and walkable to all the best spots in Florence. Host was prompt and helpful. So nice that every bedroom has its own full bathroom. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The apartment is modern and well designed on the inside. It is centrally located to all the major points of interest in Florence. Paolo was a gracious host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs, including luggage drop off and recommendations. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great location and beautiful property

The property was exactly as depicted on the site. The location was better than expected. We walked everywhere except to the train station with our luggage because of the cobblestone streets. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host is also amazing at checking in and recommending local restaurants, grocery stores etc.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Croce

The hosts are incredible - welcoming and checked in with us often throughout the stay and made several wonderful local recommendations. Fabulous location walkable to everything. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very nice and clean apartment with everything you needed! Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this spot for a stay in Florence!

Rain didn’t keep the fun away

It rained in Florence 3 of the four days we were there. But the location of the apartment was excellent. A short walk to all the sights and great restaurants. It was VERY nice. With air conditioning and a bathroom for all bedrooms. They had some welcome drinks in the fridge for us. And when we couldn’t find something to do on a rainy day, they helped us book a cooking class which was the highlight of our time in Florence. Great time. Great place. And fabulous apartment. 10 stars!

Charming and Modern

We loved our stay! The host was amazing and helped with care and organization during our entire stay. She had drinks in the refrigerator as well as wine and a kitchen ready for meals if you stay in. The home was extremely clean and the linens were very nice. Beautifully decorated with fantastic bathrooms. The location is also central to everything. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Great location in Florence. Beautiful apartment.

This property was perfect for our family. Papa, Gigi, son, daughter-in-law and a one year old. It was halfway through our trip so we made use of the washer and dryer. The host left the fridge stocked with water, orange juice and soda as well as coffee and tea in the cabinet. We lost one of our converters in our travels, but several were provided which was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location was very good for all of our planned activities in the city.

This assortment was amazing. The building it is located in is a location where Michelangelo lived! The location was perfect and near all the restaurants. We works definitely go back to the location. Highly recommend it.

The best VRBO host in the world!

Everything is absolutely perfect about this property. The location is fantastic. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The history of Michelangelo living in the building is so fun. However, the real standout here is the host Paolo. He is by far the most detailed and available host I have ever encountered. He arranged our transportation from the train, met us, helped carry the luggage, and did many other things that made the stay special. He even took us on a half hour walking tour of the neighborhood and pointed out great spots along the way. If we had questions, he answered instantly and his English is flawless. Everyone should stay here. Dont even bother looking at other listings in Florence. This is the one!

Great location and lovely place

Newly renovated and perfectly located. Great stay! Host was helpful before and throughout our visit. It is several flights up so be aware if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs.

Amazing home in a perfect location.

This home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host Paolo is amazing. He met us to show us the home and even made dinner reservations and arranged a car and driver for us. EXCELLENT! Great host, great location!

From the beginning of our experience with this location, Paolo was extremely helpful. Making sure he knew when me and my family were landing so he could have a van at the airport for all of us. He also went ahead and booked us a dinner reservation for our day of arrival so we had some where to eat without having to go out and look. He met us at the apartment with a warm smile and showed us around. You could tell he took pride in making sure the apartment was very clean, updated, and suitable for guests. The apartment came with adaptors, tons of basic kitchen ware (for cooking and eating), coffee and tea, toiletries, and more! The feeling was clean, safe, and very welcoming. We stayed there with 5 guests and all were very satisfied with the amount of space/privacy we had, while enjoying the beautiful kitchen and living room as well. Location was great for walking to stores, cafes, restaurants, or bars. Paolo also continued to stay in contact the entire trip and recommended me towards restaurants or anything we might have needed. He made the whole experience very easy, it felt like we truly had a helping hand for our vacation in Florence. I already have and will continue to recommend this property to anyone! I strongly recommend staying here, meeting the wonderful host Paolo, and experiencing the fantastic time you will have at the property!
