Comfortable bathroom in the room, with a shower. The space has been carefully curated by a very skilled and renowned local architect. The apartment is equipped with an air exchanger (for sanctification and cleaning) and every possible comfort. Entrance and kitchen are shared with another apartment of the same property but are rarely used.



You\'ll have the apartment all to yourself. In the entrance, you have a nice kitchenette with a refrigerator all to yourself, the space is shared with another apartment of the same property, which is used as a pied-à-terre. This will allow you not to have to share it with other potentially noisy guests. At most, the owner will occasionally pass by, who pays great attention to your privacy.
