«We enjoyed our stay at Rock cottage but there were some issues The hot water and heating weren't working so we called the number in the information pack. Un fortunately the number was the previous owner who was not impressed that her details were still on display. She gave us the new owners number who we called and he sorted out the plumber in less than 2 hours. All sorted but felt the heating should have been checked before our arrival.
