«The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! »

«I travel 150 nights plus a year for business, The usual hotels in the area were sold out. I booked here. I should have slept in my car or stayed farther away. The hotel is clean, but I had 2 spiders in my room. Good luck sleeping, doors being slammed all hours of the night, screaming kids, kids running up and down the hallways. Several people smoking weed in the parking lot. This hotel needs security to keep people in check. »

«Smelled strongly of disinfectant. Keys malfunctioned frequently. Very basic room.»

«Clean but basic…TV wasn’t working due to maintenance. Nice courtyard and adjacent bar for those inclined. Bathroom small but seems to be recently remodeled. Often used as Arizona’s trail town for hikers. Beds were adequate and reasonably comfortable. »

«We were early so it took forever to check in. We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests.»

«The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! »

«The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at ...
