"Veldig bra hotell. Hyggelig personale. Fin beliggenhet. Lett å komme seg til Alicante med trikk ganske nær strand. God frokost. Middagsbuffeten var litt dyr sett opp mot innhold. God seng på et av rommene, men det andre rommet hadde tempurmadrass, noe jeg ikke liker. Gode puter. Hotellet framstår pent og ryddig. Stilig dekor i foijeen"

"The stay at this hotel started with 30 minutes in the reception. We got a “Trainee” that was checking us in. But his rudeness got us the impression that he had worked there too many years and was sick of he’s job. He also had coworkers around him that could helped him when they saw that he took too long checking us in. They saw that we had a baby under 1 year with us. Still, no assistance. A big issue at the check in was also that we booked a family room and paid extra for that. But on their system it was a normal room. So he said that this is something we should talk to hotels.com about. They don’t take responsibility for that. When we finally got the keys, he didn’t had the courtesy to tell us where we should go for our room. Still with the baby on our arms we had to go wrong before we figure out that our room was on the other side. This hotel is big. And after 30 minutes in the check in, it was not a nice experience to also look for our hotel room. We didn’t want that challenge. Other things to mention: the room was ok! Not the room we paid for, but nice bed and ok bathroom. The people working at the cafeteria was so nice! Also at the breakfast! But the food was not 4 stars. We came late, one hour before breakfast closed, so maybe that’s why the food tasted like it was from yesterday. Overall the hotel is big and has a nice pool area but everything screams that it needs a renovation. Old hotel but it has his charm. Except from the front desk. "

"Utrolig bra hotell! Like på strandpromenaden, sentralt ved gamlebyen, gåavstand til alt. Nydelig takterrasse med basseng, solstoler og bar. Ikke oppvarmet basseng, så ikke brukt på denne årstiden. Svært god frokostbuffet, hyggelig betjening i frokostsal, resepsjon og Bar Santa Maria. Kommer igjen! Var der i fjor også! "
