«Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. «Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!»
