Sailaway Cottage is on Britannia Drive, with unrestricted panoramic sea views from the balcony off the main bedroom suite. Close to the beach, playground and village centre.
Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the right is a kingsize bedroom with patio doors and brand new quality wet room with underfloor heating, ideal for those with mobility limitations. Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a newly fitted kitchen to the right with breakfast bar, wine fridge, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer,oven/hob, microwave and washing machine. There's a dining area with room for 10 people, and then through to the lounge area with log burner, comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing views. One sofa can also be converted to a double sofa bed so that this house can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Upstairs there is the amazing master bedroom suite with a bespoke superking bed, an ensuite shower room, seating area with fridge, coffee machine and smart TV, and bifold doors onto the balcony with views to Bempton cliffs. There are 2 further bedrooms with full size twin beds which can also be zipped to make 2 further superking bedrooms. These share a family bathroom.
All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs.
There's a parking space for one car and other spaces nearby for further vehicles. Please note the parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet.
