«We only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. The staff was very friendly. The manager was very helpful with tips about the medina and the surroundings and was a genuinely lovely person. The Riad was a bit tricky to find with Google maps since we were sent in directions we were not allowed to go through. «My room was superb. I had the Royal room. The ceiling was so beautiful. The room looked out to the internal restaurant (from bathroom) and the outside square (rcif). This is unusual in a riad. So it was noisy until about midnight; drum banging, whistles, children, dogs, cats, people. But that i can handle. What I can't handle is building banging noises for hours during the day. «What a fabulous stay at this riad, well located on the edge of the medina. The staff was exceptionally helpful especially as we were traveling during Eid and needed some special assistance. Wonderful breakfast and delicious tangine dinner! Fes is a maze and coming back to this beautiful well-appointed riad after busy walkabouts was calm and peaceful. «We felt welcomed as friends / family at Riad Fez Baraka from start to finish. Absolutely top notch hotel and would stay here again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast are both superb, the room was a palace that is very ornately decorated, and the hammam / massage services are excellent.
