«Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there. I recommend a lunch in the room with pool. «A fabulous Riad. Stunning interior. Great location in the heart of the Fez Medina. One thing to keep in mind is that there are lot of stairs. Fez is hard if you aren't fit. We were fine but my mother would have had difficulties.»

«As an American, this was such a unique experience. The riad was absolutely beautiful. I was continually in awe. Though there is so mich history, it was modern in the way it needed to be modern. The building was a rich family's "Palace" - and the quality of the Spaces is really good. Nice pool and excellent massage and Hamman. Lovely breakfasts and dinner too.
