Residenser i Fes-Boulemane

«The Riad was beautifully appointed and maintained. For some reason they upgraded us to the Pasha suite on the first floor adjoining the lobby. It was gorgeous and comfortable and very quiet despite being just off the lobby. The breakfasts were very good and plentiful. And the dining room was nice and bright on the roof. We ate dinner in the hotel the first night and the food was very good Moroccan food. The staff were all very friendly, competent and helpful. Especially Haitem. He sort of ...

«The stuff very helpful and friendly did everything we asked of them even our laundry»

«We had a beautiful stay at Riad Mabrouka. Our room was wonderful, the Hamman treatment was great, breakfasts were top notch and the dinner we had on our first night was memorable. The location was very near the parking area which was great for being dropped off by our driver. It was an easy 5 minute walk in the Medina to the Riad from the parking area that was well lit, clean and easy to navigate. The view from the top floor over Fes was amazing. I also have to complement the staff, they were ...

«Excelente Riad em Fes. Equipe atenciosa e interior charmoso e bem cuidado. Voltaria sem duvida a ficar aqui numa proxima oportunidade.»

«Et kjempefint hotell, med mange og gode fasiliteter. Rot med reservasjonen, samt dårlig oppfølging av det vi opplevde som negative ting, trekker ned helhetsinntrykket. De ansatte prøver etter beste evne å gjøre sitt beste, men det holder dessverre ikke. Frokosten svært bra, mens middag ikke av topp kvalitet (spiste både på Marrokansk og Italiensk restaurant). »

It started well when the male receptionist offered us an upgrade to a larger room, but it only had one “king-size” bed instead of the two doubles we booked. The bed was more like a queen, and we barely slept the first night. He promised to fix it the next day but never did. The second night we had to use the sofa as a bed, and my travel companion slept terribly. We only got a new room ...

«Very hospitable property and staff. The property was gorgeous. Be prepared to be offered all kinds of help. It does come with a heftier price. Almost anything you are offered by the Riad manager will cost you two to three times more than if you use Viator or any online booking service for the exact same experience. A few miles drive by them getting you transportation will be 15 euro. Go and get a petit cab it's 4-5 euro. Upon my departure they requested i cancel my 30 euro first class train ...

«Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there. I recommend a lunch in the room with pool. Sit down, relax and enjoy wonderful food, freshly made orange juice and hotel`s architecture. Best wishes to the staff and specially to the manager. We both are fans ...
