«The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. The property details folder was on the ...

«Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the ...

«It is a very nice house over 3 floors and the location is very good for the town centre and harbour, however it was very very noisy from lots going on outside and someone had broken into a car displaying a disabled badge and smashed two windows, the street is narrow and you will do well to get in and out of the garage. Facilities at the house were very good but it's way over priced»

Massive New House Sleeps 20+ Accepts Groups

«This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. «Lovely clean modern house, although it’s sleeps six it’s really only comfortable for four, the seating downstairs is not adequate for six but comfortable for four, the house is very reasonably priced and good location, could use a towel rail or ring in the downstairs cloakroom and would benefit from toilet roll holder, easy check in and check out.»
