«This Bungalow is so cute. Perfect for my family of 5. Smelt freshly cleaned when we walked in. So close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Parking was definitely a challenge but was forewarned. On day two we got lucky and was able to park in front. We will def be making this an annual trip. Capitola Village is SO cute!»

«Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for ...

«Very nice location central to most things in the area. The house itself was very nice and the separation of the bedrooms gave everyone the feeling of separate privacy. The beds were all very comfortable. However, there were ants consistently in the master bathroom as well as the kitchen. I don’t feel for this amount of money that that should have been occurring. The sectional couch in the main living area was not connected - the three sections came apart, despite the men in our party trying to ...

«Great location, great property - as advertised. Initially WiFi didn’t work which was ok as I was exploring the area all day and it ended up working when I got back. Great communication from the host. The property didn’t advertise having an electric kettle but was pleasantly surprised to find one upon arriving. Kitchen and bathroom are updated adding to the comfort and it was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning. I’d definitely stay here again! »

«The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only thing that needs improvement would be the beds and shower heads, other than that everything was perfect. «This is a gorgeous property, the layout is incredible and there are so many beautiful spaces to be in (indoors and out!). We had just one night but it's near a shopping center as well as a state park, so many options for anything you would want to do. Gracious host, comfortable beds, all the amenities, highly recommended!»
