«Need much better lighting in kitchen; safety bars for bathroom tubs; better TV instructions.Bedrooms were fine; outdoor seating area in back was excellent; location close to Metro excellent. Living room furniture could use upgrading.Overall we were very happy with the house and would recommend it to anyone.»

«Close to convention center, very walkable. The place was just as advertised and Andrea was a gracious host, accommodating a few reservation updates that I had to make. Clean and modern, private parking spot. A family lives upstairs and can be heard sometimes during the day, but I did not find it intrusive or disturbing. Highly recommended!»

«Home was very spacious, clean and well stocked. However, the bedrooms are very noisy at night as the windows appear to be out dated and let in noise from the street and wine bar below. The living room vibrates constantly from some sort of equipment located in the wine bar. Also had an incident with the full-time tenant. Wifi device for the VRBO and full-time tenant above is located in the VRBO and when the wifi was accidentally unplugged the tenant upstairs tried to let herself in with a key ...

«The location for this unit is fantastic. It is near everything. You could walk to the METRO, Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, National Gallery of Art, and so much more. The staff at the site were polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The unit was clean. So far a five star rating. The overall score is, however, four stars.
