«We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. My concern is not for me but my mom or other more ...

«Breakfast was as expected for a hotel, it’s served between 7am- 9am Monday- Friday. Wednesday is social meal, serve light snacks and adult drinks. The pool was unfortunately close the three days we were there. The room could use an upgrade and some maintenance. If you sleep with a blanket plan on bringing one with you, the bed only had light sheets. The staff were very nice and do house keeping every other day. »

«Very clean room, EXCELLENT STAFF from the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone is VERY NICE and I would highly recommend this place for singles, couples or families! Pets are welcomed and it's a quiet property with very well lit areas that feel safe inside and out. »

«I would ask future guests to double check the door handle in their rooms. We experienced that it got stuck between the bedroom and living room. It wasn't a big problem for us. We are letting you know in case other travelers may be unfortunate enough to lock someone in who can't get out on their own.»

«We recently stayed here for a short getaway with my wife and granddaughter, and overall it was a mixed experience. The room itself was very spacious, which we really appreciated, and both queen beds were quite comfortable—we all slept well. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, there were a few issues that really stood out. «There was 1 elevator working, making a wait going up to our room and down. Check in was past our 3pm time. For many customers. The television was not a smart T.V, for our kids, having youtube or another app for free kid shows. (We had to buy a roku stick to place into television, to get kid shows). Staff were nice, place was clean. The pool was ICE COLD, we couldn't swim because of that. Breakfast was alright rated C (as far as hotel breakfast goes), but the way they have the breakfast situated, ...

«This is a very cute property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the noise - branches on roof all night, early morning dumpster service, followed by lawn service. »
