«I wanted to love this place and while the hotel itself was mostly great, there were a few things that left the stay bothersome and made it difficult to enjoy.
Let’s start with the good: A fantastic location right off the freeway and ten minutes from the airport. Good sized rooms, great for families with pull out trundle beds. Many choices for breakfast options with staff that keeps it clean and stocked fresh.
Now why didn’t I like this property? Upon check in around 5pm, the front desk staff ...

«The rooms are a lot smaller than they look. Our room was next the elevator, you could hear and feel it every time it ran. I did ask for a room change, but was never given one. The breakfast was subpar. The pool closed earlier than normal hotel hours. »

«It’s an older hotel with decent cleanliness. The appliances were old and some were broken. The front desk sold me a frozen meal that had been previously thawed and was moldy before it was refrozen. There are three buildings at the hotel and one is a different hotel with almost exactly the same name, which confused several people trying to check in and caused a decent amount of wasted time.
There is no continental breakfast.
It was quiet, which was nice.
There are not many places to walk to ...
