«We booked and paid for a room through Expedia the same evening as our stay. We had travel delays and arrived exhausted at 1:30am (4:30am by our morning time zone) to find that they had oversold and we didn’t have a room. Said they tried to reach us and we’d have an email and refund. Neither of which have been received yet. Just made for an extra exhausting start to a trip.»

«The hotel room was very clean. Free and plentiful parking. The beds were okay, a bit springy but not terrible. Our issue was the street noise, it was horrendous, seemingly all night long. Most nights, even with earplugs, we didn’t fall asleep until 4 am. Most hotel rooms have really thick glazing on the windows, this hotel didn’t. «Nice hotel with good location regards to shopping malls and Interstate roads. Nice gym, swimming pool and good breakfast (If you stay there for more than one week it would be nice with some more variety on hot meals, but overall good). Very welcoming and service minded personnel. Overall a good experience and a hotel to recommend.»

«Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise.»

«Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. The shower and bathroom were excellent with a lot of counter space. The breakfast was O.K., but not great. They had no hashbrowns, no hard boiled eggs, no pastries like muffins or danish only plain yogurt with no fresh berries to add to it.
