«The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the kitchen was nice eventhough we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It was in a quiet area of Renton with shopping a d food close by.»

«Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing.»

«We had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Everything was just the way it's suposed to be. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast, stylish hotel. a bit to drive if going dowtown Seattle, but close to the airport and close to Westfield shoping mall. Would gladly stay here again.»

«Nice hotel with good location regards to shopping malls and Interstate roads. Nice gym, swimming pool and good breakfast (If you stay there for more than one week it would be nice with some more variety on hot meals, but overall good). Very welcoming and service minded personnel. Overall a good experience and a hotel to recommend.»
