«This cottage is so cute, across the street from the ferry landing and the general store, and has the best front porch ever. The owners also put time into honoring the history of the home and the island. PI is also not filled with Range Rovers and too big houses, it's wonderful!We booked very last minute for July 4th weekend and watched about 10 different fireworks displays and the charming PI parade on the 4th alone from our comfy perch on the wonderful front porch. «All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!»

«We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam.
