«The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. The one thing we did not like was our bathroom. The shower floor was even with the bathroom floor, but the shower curtain was short. Since it did not go all the way down to the floor, our bathroom floor got very wet.»

«Just bad.»

«Kim and Stephanie, the beautiful ladies in the reception went the extra mile for me! I asked one of the first days where I could buy a certain product for my wife as a gift to bring home. On the last day checking out, Kim kindly asked me if I was able to get what I was looking for. Demands at work prevented me from getting time to but the gift. But nothing happened and they never even replaced the pillow ...

«We checked in late and ended up with a handicap room. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower and floor was dirty and gross. The entire bathroom smelled like a sewer and had a very loud and annoying noise. The breakfast area was dirty and food and coffee were not replaced when empty. The gym had 2 out of 3 treadmills broke and the water dispenser had no water. Other than that, it was okay. Lol!»

«Very clean, good location. Somewhat dated.»

«Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.»
