«Kim and Stephanie, the beautiful ladies in the reception went the extra mile for me! I asked one of the first days where I could buy a certain product for my wife as a gift to bring home. On the last day checking out, Kim kindly asked me if I was able to get what I was looking for. Demands at work prevented me from getting time to but the gift. Kim and Stephanie asked me where my event was hosted, and offered to bring it to me! They brought it to me, and not only that, it was a gift from them to ...

«Clean room - well laid out. Good lighting and lots of electrical/usb outlets. Breakfeast buffet was very good and had lots of seating.»

«Good place for longer term stays when you do not need the whole hotel experience.»

«We were at a wedding near Pittsburgh and the entire female wedding party stayed at this hotel as most of them were from out of state. We enjoyed the spacious room, the friendly staff, and the breakfast in the morning.»

«The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. The one thing we did not like was our bathroom. The shower floor was even with the bathroom floor, but the shower curtain was short. Since it did not go all the way down to the floor, our bathroom floor got very wet.»

«Kjempefint hotell, men noe langt fra Pittsburgh sentrumsområde»

«Vi var fornøyd på alle måter, og kan anbefale hotellet på det beste. Vi opplevde våre tre døgn som en god opplevelse når det gjelder hotellet, fasiliteter og personale.»

«The property is newly remodeled and had nice amenities, the room had a not so pleasant smell and the bathroom could have used the baseboards and walls cleaned.»

«We checked in late and ended up with a handicap room. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower and floor was dirty and gross. The entire bathroom smelled like a sewer and had a very loud and annoying noise. The breakfast area was dirty and food and coffee were not replaced when empty. The gym had 2 out of 3 treadmills broke and the water dispenser had no water. Other than that, it was okay. Lol!»

«Staff were very helpful in directing us for dinner locations. Very friendly»

«Loved it»

«Room was clean but smells like bootie hole!»

«Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.»

«Very clean, good location. Somewhat dated.»

«Experience was excellent»
