«The rooms are very old and dingy. The shower was sort of gross and floor was peeling. The AC worked good and the bed was comfortable so those two things met our needs but this is not a hotel I will ever come back to. Location was a plus but just be prepared this hotel needs work done on its rooms. »

«Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. »

« Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.»

«The pictures and descriptions of this property is very deceptive! It’s old and rundown. Cracking the building structure, cracks in the floors, dirty and old refrigerator, tv and sink didn’t work, one of the pools is small and dirty. Not handicapped accessible. I would not recommend this property to a dog if needed shelter. It was ocean view that’s it. »

«The resort is perfect for a stay in paradise!! Great location, awesome staff, rooms are clean, comfy beds, margarita machine provided in the room was a pleasant surprise!!! Not much of a beach front but there are plenty that are a cab ride away! Our only complaint was the food offerings on the actual resort are lacking, margaritaville restaurant was over priced and the food was not that good. We ate most of our meals at another spot that was an off property restaurant that you could walk to ...

«Bay view from the room was nice on some mornings seaplanes would land in the bay waking us up in the early morning. We asked one of the front desk workers if she could take a picture of us seeing that the lobby was empty with no else checking in and she seemed bothered by our request.»

«Sunset Gardens was nice enough and I would stay there again, but it was not 5 star accommodations. If you stay at a fancy resort I am guessing you will not experience the idiosyncrasies of island life. We stayed 2 nights and really only slept and showered. The rest of the time we were out exploring. We did have a rental car and never had an issue with parking but it is limited (8 spaces approximately) and I think we were told there were 17 rooms total. «The room was clean and updated. There is an attached bar and grill. It is small but has nice staff and good food. The hotel also has a nicely lit courtyard where we sat and had a couple drinks. The parking is limited and there is a noisy nightclub next door. Good place to stay for a night or two.»
