«Great location, very clean with great facilities and communication with host was excellent»

«This place is good - recently renovated and is in very good condition, nice furnishings. Overall very clean. Had all the basics you need. Fast Wi-Fi. Big fridge. We liked the walk into town along the river - we didn’t need the car all day. Hosts had good comms. Definitely cosy -the place is in a row of small terrace houses- it is small but cute…and very noisy (thump/creaky) when downstairs and someone is walking around upstairs. Impossible to cool the place down in the very hot weather we had. ...

«Property within pleasant area of York within walking distance of abu 20 - 25 minutes or by local bus. Few local shops and pub close by which were convenient, particularly fish and chip shop round the corner. One feature of property were stairs which were steep and narrow but every effort had been made to illuminate the staircase with handrails available for safety. Would definitely stay again.»

«Stayed at Micklegate. Hideaway for a 5 day break, a lovey little apartment way out of eyes view, well furnished and tastefully decorated it had everything you needed. The little courtyard was a pleasant area to sit in, especially with the church Nextdoor. A short walk and in York centre. The parking permit was a big plus, only short walk away . Will go back.»
