The customer service at this location was outstanding. We were driving in from Las Vegas for a wedding and needed an early check-in. I called the property that morning and spoke with Randy, who said he’d be more than happy to accommodate us if he could get a room ready in time. He asked me to call back when we were about two hours away, as he felt confident he could have something available by then, and then again when we were 30 minutes out.
When I called the third time, Randy confirmed that our room was ready and that we could check in early, giving us plenty of time to get ready for the wedding instead of scrambling in our car or a public restroom. Every conversation with him was professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant.
When we arrived, Randy was at the front desk, and I made a point to compliment him in front of another employee. It’s rare to find team members who truly elevate a brand and property the way he does. With customer service seeming to decline in recent years, it was refreshing to experience such care and professionalism.
Thank you again, Randy! You made our stay at this Holiday Inn Express exceptional.
